Opus

Opus is a 2025 American thriller film written and directed by Mark Anthony Green in his feature directorial debut. The story follows a young writer (Ayo Edebiri), who is given the rare opportunity to visit the secluded compound of a once-revered pop star (John Malkovich) who vanished from the public eye three decades ago. The invitation promises an exclusive look into the life of a musical genius whose sudden disappearance left the industry and his fans puzzled. However, upon her arrival, she discovers that the reclusive artist is far from the enigmatic icon she once idolized.
