Jolly LLB 3 (September 19, 2025) is an Indian Hindi-language legal comedy-drama directed by Subhash Kapoor, serving as the third installment in the popular Jolly LLB series. Following the events of Jolly LLB 2, the film brings together both versions of “Jolly”—Jagdishwar Mishra (Akshay Kumar) and Jagdish Tyagi (Arshad Warsi)—in a gripping courtroom drama that exposes social injustice and systemic corruption. The film combines humor, legal intrigue, and emotional depth to deliver a compelling narrative about morality, law, and the fight for justice.
The story revolves around Sumana Dalmia, a poor farmer from Parsaul, who tragically ends her life after losing her land due to the manipulations of corrupt officials and Haribhai Khaitan, a powerful businessman promoting a large-scale project called “Bikaner to Boston.” Jagdish Tyagi, known for championing the underdog, faces off against Jagdishwar Mishra, who initially represents Khaitan for financial gain. However, witnessing the extent of corruption, false testimonies, and exploitation of the vulnerable, Mishra experiences a moral awakening and switches sides.
Together, the two Jollys unite to challenge the powerful builder and the corrupt network supporting him. With courtroom confrontations, legal strategizing, and support from the affected families, they unravel the truth, exposing Khaitan’s fraudulent activities. The narrative balances intense courtroom sequences with moments of comic relief, showcasing the contrasting personalities of Tyagi and Mishra, their rivalry, and eventual collaboration.
The climax highlights justice being served, with Sumana Dalmia’s family finding closure and the villains held accountable. Through witty dialogues, sharp legal maneuvers, and strong performances, Jolly LLB 3 emphasizes the importance of ethical conduct, social responsibility, and the power of law as a tool for the marginalized.
Shot extensively across Rajasthan, Mumbai, and Madhya Pradesh, the film combines authentic courtroom settings with picturesque landscapes. Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi, and Saurabh Shukla reprise their acclaimed roles, while Amrita Rao and Huma Qureshi return after a hiatus, adding depth and emotional resonance. The film also marks Amrita Rao’s comeback after six years.
