Chris Rock is stepping behind the camera for the first time in more than a decade. A24 has unveiled the first official trailer for Misty Green, the actor-comedian’s first feature as a director since Top Five in 2014. Written, directed, and produced by Rock, the film marks a dramatic shift in his filmmaking career with a story centered on redemption, addiction, and the pursuit of a second chance in Hollywood.
The trailer introduces Misty Green (Rosalind Eleazar), a gifted actress whose immense talent has been overshadowed by years of personal struggles and destructive choices.
