As family life presents unexpected challenges, Red must work alongside his longtime friends Chuck, Bomb, and Silver to protect their home from a new crisis. Combining fast-paced comedy, colorful action, and heartfelt family moments, the adventure explores themes of parenthood, teamwork, courage, and growing up while expanding the world established in the previous films.

Jason Sudeikis returns as the voice of Red, joined by Josh Gad as Chuck, Rachel Bloom as Silver, and Danny McBride as Bomb. Emma Myers voices June, the creative and independent daughter of Red and Silver, while Walker Scobell portrays their adventurous son Glider. Psalm West voices their youngest child, Olly, and James Austin Johnson voices the family’s pet spider, Fuzzy. The ensemble cast also includes Tim Robinson, Keke Palmer, Lily James, Sam Richardson, Anna Cathcart, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Nikki Glaser, Marcello Hernández, MrBeast, Salish Matter, Anthony Padilla, and Ian Hecox, introducing new characters and expanding the franchise’s voice cast.

Director John Rice returns to the franchise after previously co-directing The Angry Birds Movie 2. Screenwriter Thurop Van Orman continues shaping the series’ blend of slapstick humor, action, and emotional storytelling. Animation is provided by DNEG Animation, marking a new production collaboration for the franchise while maintaining the vibrant visual style associated with the Angry Birds universe.

The film’s score is composed by Heitor Pereira, who returns after scoring the previous entries. Production began in 2024 following the official announcement by Rovio Entertainment, with Paramount Pictures later acquiring worldwide distribution rights. The film further expands the cinematic universe of the long-running game franchise by introducing the next generation of Bird Island characters.
