The story reunites a familiar group of eccentric characters whose pursuit of fortune, adventure, and unexpected opportunities once again leads them into a series of chaotic situations. Continuing the franchise’s trademark blend of slapstick humor, misunderstandings, and fast-paced comic set pieces, the film follows its ensemble cast as they become entangled in a new adventure filled with rivalries, schemes, and unpredictable obstacles. While specific plot details remain under wraps, the film retains the treasure-hunt spirit and ensemble-driven comedy that have defined the series since its debut in 2007.

Ajay Devgn returns as Guddu Rastogi alongside franchise regulars Arshad Warsi as Aditya “Adi” Srivastav, Riteish Deshmukh as Deshbandhu Roy, Jaaved Jaaferi as Manav Srivastav, and Sanjay Mishra as Johnny D’Costa. Their comedic chemistry has been a defining feature of the franchise across multiple installments. The cast is joined by Esha Gupta, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Anjali Anand, Ravi Kishan, Upendra Limaye, and Vijay Patkar, expanding the ensemble with new characters and comic dynamics.

Director Indra Kumar returns to the franchise after directing all previous entries, maintaining continuity with the tone and style that have made the series a long-running box-office success. Known for balancing ensemble storytelling with broad family entertainment, Kumar once again brings together a large cast and elaborate comedic scenarios designed for theatrical audiences.

Principal photography began in April 2025 and continued for more than six months, with filming taking place across Mumbai and Madh Island. The production wrapped in September 2025, marking the completion of one of the franchise’s most extensive shooting schedules. The soundtrack includes contributions from performers such as Guru Randhawa and Mamta Sharma, continuing the series’ tradition of incorporating energetic musical numbers alongside its comedy-driven narrative.

As the latest chapter in a franchise that has entertained audiences for nearly two decades, Dhamaal 4 aims to build upon the legacy of its predecessors while introducing a new adventure for its beloved characters. The film is scheduled for theatrical release on 10 July 2026.
